I have received tremendous benefit from taking the HBBH seminars.

Primarily in the area of knowing how to organize and starting to analyze my financial data to monitor business growth/success. I have also implemented administrative systems (and actually written them down)that have allowed for a much smoother running front desk amidst employee turnover.  Sense of control and knowing where my business is going has been immeasurably enhanced. I have implemented the program approach to treatment and love it. It has really helped in getting off on the right foot and with the right perspective with new patients. I believe it has enhanced  patient retention. And oh yea, I've actually starting using the Quickbooks that I've been lugging around (and updating) in my computer for the last 10 years!
